Your New Home Consultant will help you prequalify for financing, choose and modify your house plan and estimate the items needed to build on your property. Additionally, we can build from your plans.
Apply For Financing
For most folks, buying a home means financing a home and Pennyworth couldn’t make getting a mortgage loan any easier. Pennyworth will assist you during the financing process by setting you up with a finance program that best fits your financial needs and then guide you through until closing.
Meet On Your Property
We will meet on your site to plan the location for your new home as well as arrange the location for items you may need on your property such as a well, septic system, and driveways.
Sign Contracts And Draw Up Your Plans
After your site meeting we will make any necessary modifications to your pricing and generate a contract package. Once signed, our business partners will draw your house plan for you to review.
Choose Your Colors
We have an abundance of samples for you to choose from. Pick from an arrangement of colors and samples to find a style that fits your new home. Shingles, siding, cabinets, countertops, and floor coverings are available in several styles and colors.
Close and Buld You New Home
When you are approved for your financing your construction loan will be closed. After obtaining the necessary permits we will begin building your new home. Upon completion and final settlement we will give you the keys and you’re ready to move in.
